The clear majority of project failures have a behavioural signature associated with them and are due more to human failings in the Project Team and the Governance than errors in the process.
Projects are complex and involve multiple actors and stakeholders. A great deal of attention is given to following a methodology or process; however, the element which is often overlooked is the people dimension.
Theia Training has designed supplementary modules to the core training specifically for Portfolio Panel members and Project Managers/ Project Teams. These key individuals and groups are critical to the efficacy and effectiveness of the governance process.
